4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We're not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.
5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at: info@islaandharpermelbourne.com, stating:

● Full name
● Address
● Photos of the product (in case of a defect)
5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we'll process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products, or those without valid justification.
6. Legal warranty
6.1 All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established under applicable law.
6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or, in some cases, a refund, provided the defect wasn't caused by misuse.
